Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk939 platform — including the website at pk939.pro, the mobile application available via the Download page, and any associated gaming or betting services — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the pk939 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting pk939 support via live chat or by emailing the address listed on the Contact & Support section of this site.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between pk939 and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the pk939 platform and all gaming services is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of pk939 or any of its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk939 or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

pk939 is legally and operationally committed to preventing underage gambling. All accounts are subject to mandatory CNIC-based identity and age verification before any withdrawal request is processed. pk939 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) active account on pk939. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, CNICs, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details provided change. pk939 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk939 will treat all activity conducted using your login credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk939 support immediately via live chat.

pk939 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

pk939 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. No other payment methods are currently accepted. pk939 does not accept cash, cheques, or third-party payment instruments.

All funds deposited into your pk939 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members or friends — are a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of associated balances.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice;
• pk939 does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits are credited to your pk939 account in real time under normal operating conditions;
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals & KYC

Withdrawals from a pk939 account are subject to the successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC documentation required includes, at minimum, a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and proof of your registered payment method. pk939 may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source-of-funds evidence — at its discretion as part of AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours and are typically completed within 30 to 90 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the player's verified name;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request;
• pk939 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending routine security reviews or KYC completion;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met;
• pk939 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk939 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused bonus funds will expire;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• pk939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• Winnings generated exclusively from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the promotion terms.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on pk939 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future game outcomes.

Sports betting markets on pk939, including PSL cricket, T20 Internationals, and other sporting events, are operated by professional trading teams. pk939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by data errors, pricing errors, or events outside the platform's reasonable control, including match abandonment, rule changes, or force majeure events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk939 and constitutes a breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings not available under normal play conditions;
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information usage, or participation in activities that compromise the integrity of sporting events listed on the sportsbook;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as a betting agent for undisclosed principals.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk939 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits;
• Loss limits — caps on the total amount a player may lose in a defined period;
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting players to the duration of their current session;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account exclusion for players who wish to stop gambling entirely.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk939 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, promotional material, and data — is the intellectual property of pk939 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk939 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of pk939 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk939, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the pk939 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures, platform outages, or force majeure events;
• Errors or delays in game outcomes, betting settlement, or financial transaction processing;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Reliance on any information, odds, or statistics published on the platform.

In all cases, pk939's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pk939 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on pk939, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The full Privacy Policy is available at pk939.pro/privacy-policy.

pk939 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the relevant transaction or compliance check.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk939 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the pk939 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint must first contact pk939 support via live chat or email and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the complaint to be investigated and resolved internally before escalating to any external dispute resolution body.

13 Termination & Suspension

pk939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Conduct that pk939 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request;
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual;
• Any activity that pk939 reasonably determines threatens the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet been validly withdrawn will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that were deposited by the player and are not subject to any ongoing investigation may be returned at pk939's discretion following completion of the applicable review process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk939 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to wagering requirements, account eligibility criteria, or withdrawal policies — pk939 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email notification or an in-platform banner before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any change.

Your continued use of the pk939 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
